Greetings, salutations and welcomes to our online bog humans, animals and any interested vegetables!
Xaffodd and I find ourselves on your planet after a rather unexpected detour into the centre of your Earth (and out again thankfully!). What was supposed to be a ‘sightseeing slingshot of sorts’ according to Xaffodd, didn’t quite end up as a jaunty loop-da-loop around your planet, as someone who shall remain nameless for as long as my patience lasts (which isn’t long I can tell you now!) fell asleep at the wheel so to speak.
—->Xaffodd<—- (my patience has expired already!) vehemently claims innocence but ship telemetry demonstrates otherwise. As such Xaffodd is still in my bad books; Book 9 in fact. However our ship needs repairs and the only way we can do that is to collect as many of these things you call ‘US Dollerz’ to exchange for raw materials. What a quaint symbol this is $. I like these $$$. Anyway I digress, and as soon as we have many, many dollerz and the agreeables in exchange, we will make good our ship and be on our way.
In the meantime I hope you don’t mind our musings while we wait for the requisite number of dollerz ($!) in our trading account. We like having fun and will hopefully help others make many dollerz (-> $$$) too, as we are good like that. Just don’t ask us to take you home with us as some of our species like poking and prodding so to speak!
