Musings: How ChatGPT became the third person in our relationship… worth paying £1 to read in my opinion!

A witty article by Georgina Heneage about ‘I’m in a ménage à trois with a very enthusiastic — and often misguided — AI bot’.

It put a smile on mine and Xaffodd’s faces, which is always a good way to start the day! 😁

P.S. I am not affiliated with The Times in any way, and receive no payments from them. I have just enjoyed much of its content over the decades and particularly value the business and economic sections for my investing, as well as the expert opinions. From what I can see The Times currently has an offer on of £1 for three months access, which is an absolute bargain in my opinion.

And if you object to paying for quality human produced content (such as whoever just downvoted my equivalent post on Reddit)… then don’t blame me for a time coming when many humans are out of work and the only content available is AI slop, as well as from a small number of people like me who can afford to fund their own activities.

We come in pieces!

  1. The current previous* state of the Upvote / Downvote ratio for this Reddit post is a sad reflection on parts of humanity in my opinion. A witty article yet some still find issue with it.

u/Xaffodd tells me ‘it is to be expected, as many humans appear to be regressing back towards the primordial soup from which they came… in their craniums for now at least!’

    * EDIT: There is hope for some of humanity it seems 🫶
